Zeynabu Boutique aims to provide superb service to each of our supporters. Therefore, in the event that your order is incorrect, we will accept the item (or items) as a return. With your approval we will either issue a refund, store credit or send the correct order (upon receipt of the return). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and/or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


You may submit a return request by sending an email to support@zeynabu.com. Please include "Return Request - Order######" in the subject line. Upon approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first having a return request on file will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items we do not honor exchange requests.

 

Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Processing times for refunds are usually 3-5 business days but can take up to 10 business days. This largely depends on the processing times of your financial institution.
